Blueberry Swirl Sour Cream Bread

1/3 cup light sour cream

2/3 cup low-fat milk

1 large egg

1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon or orange rind

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

3 cups white bread flour

3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 1/4 tsp. bread-machine or instant yeast

3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Add all ingredients except blueberries to machine according to manufacturer’s directions. Select sweet or basic white cycle.

Add blueberries at ingredient signal, or about 20 or 30 minutes into cycle. Don’t be alarmed when the dough becomes quite soft and sticky after you add the berries.
