Burrito Bread

1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup refried beans
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Select the loaf size. In a small saucepan cook the onion in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly. Add the onion mixture and the remaining ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer’s directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
