Greek Bread

1 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons shortening or cooking oil
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary) — crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Select the loaf size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer’s directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.

NOTES : For the 1-1/2 pound loaf, the bread machine pan must have a capacity of 10 cups or more.
