Roasted Pepper Loaf

3/4 C. water

 3 T. drained, diced roasted red bell peppers or pimentos

 1 T. butter

 1 t. salt

3 C. bread flour

3 T. nonfat dry milk powder

1 T. sugar

2 t. bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to pan in order suggested by manufacturer, adding roasted red bell peppers with water.

Recommended Cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting. Timed-bake feature can be used.

Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
