White Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake
1 pound white chocolate, melted
2 pounds cream cheese
5 jumbo eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 dash ground nutmeg
6 ounces milk chocolate with hazelnuts, chopped
Warm the cream cheese in microwave for 2 minutes on high; warm the eggs (out of shell) in the microwave for 25 seconds. Melt white chocolate. Beat white chocolate and cheese, butter, liqueur, vanilla and nutmeg. Add eggs, beating on low speed. Stir in milk chocolate chunks.
Pour into crust and bake at 350° F. for 60-65 minutes until knife inserted midway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool thoroughly.
