1 head cabbage
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon chervil
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon chives
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup hot milk
Cut cabbage in wedges 1/4 inch thick and boil in water for 10 minutes. Drain
well and place in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with the flour, salt, pepper, chives, chervil and sugar. Dot with
butter. Pour the hot milk over the cabbage and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350° F. for 35 minutes.
