Candied Sweet Potatoes

8 peeled potatoes cut into the same size

1 C. packed brown sugar

1 lb. can crushed pineapple

2 T. butter

1/2 tsp. salt

12 marshmallows

Prepare the sweet potatoes and mix the next 4 ingredients.

Place potatoes in a 9 x 13 pan.

Pour over the mixed ingredients.

Cover and bake 40-50 minutes or till done.

Put marshmallows on top a few minutes before done to melt and brown.
