Vanilla Ice Cream
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cups light cream (half ‘n’ half)
1 cup cold water
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
In large sized bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well.
Refrigerate and chill thoroughly.
Pour into freezer container, proceed according to manufacturer’s instructions for your ice cream freezer.
Yield: 1-1/4 quarts
