Biscuit Topped Burger
1 lb ground beef
onion powder to taste (or chopped onions)
celery salt to taste
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 tab sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp horseradish
1 can refrigerator biscuits
1 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Brown beef with onions (or powder), celery salt, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Drain fat and add tomato sauce, relish and horseradish. Simmer 2 minutes. Spoon meat into a 7×11 inch baking dish.
Separate biscuits by splitting into 2 layers.
Cover meat with biscuit halves, saving half of them.
Combine cheese and parsley and sprinkle over biscuit layer.
Top with remaining biscuit halves.
Bake uncovered at 375° F. 20-25 minutes or till golden.
