1 pound ground beef

about 1/4 cup each, onion, celery and green pepper

garlic to taste

salt and pepper to taste

1 small can tomato soup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Brown ground beef, onion, celery, green pepper, salt and pepper.

Cook about 10 minutes. Drain.

Add tomato soup, brown sugar and mustard.

Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
