Turkey Salad Tortillas

2 C. cubed, cooked turkey

1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

3/4 C. finely chopped celery

1/2 C. finely chopped onion

1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained

1/2 C. mayo

1/4 C. picante sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

6 flour tortillas (7 inch)

In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; mix well.

Spoon about 1/2 C. filling off center on each tortilla. Fold sides and ends over filling, then roll up.

Place on a shallow, microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and filling is hot.

Serves 6
