Turkey Sandwich Italiano
1 each Italian bread, 8 inches long, sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup avocados, chopped mashed
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 slices roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced, 8 ounces
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
1 each red onion, sliced thin
1/4 cup dill pickle, chopped
8 black olives, pitted, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped about 1/2 tomato
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Place bread open on table.
Combine avocado and mayo to make spread. Spread inside bread.
In order listed, layer turkey, cheese, lettuce, and onion.
Combine all chopped ingredients and sprinkle over sandwich.
Spritz or drizzle balsamic vinegar over sandwich, and cover with top.
Cut hoagie in half.
