Meat Loaf Chatelaine

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
