Paul’s Pass-It-To-Me Pasta Salad
1 1/2 pkgs. spiral pasta
1 (26 oz.) jar Newman’s Own Tomato, Peppers and Spices spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. Newman’s Own olive oil and vinegar salad dressing
2 1/2 c. broccoli florets
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. scallions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Mix pasta, broccoli, carrots, green peppers, peas, onions and olives in a large salad bowl. Add spaghetti sauce and salad dressing.
Toss and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve at room temperature.
